Everything was PERFECT.  Was able to work me into the schedule; showed up on time; fast, professional service.

Everything about them was good. They were prompt and efficient.

I called Frank's in somewhat of a panic.  My mother-in-law had lost control of the keys to her beach house and I was afraid some unsavory people might take advantage of that.  Frank's was very understanding and knew exactly what I needed.  They set up one of their locksmiths for the very next morning.  He arrived a few minutes early.  Looked at each door and got to work.  Within 90 minutes, I had three new locking systems in beautiful brushed nickel, plus 12 matching keys.  He cleaned up each work area and disposed of the old locks and deadbolts.  He was polite, efficient, and his workmanship was outstanding.
This was the second time I have used Frank's Lock & Key and the next time I need some work done, I will recommend them.

He was very polite about it and stated it's more than just changing them out, especially the strike plates and would cost more. He did have the time and did an excellent job.

They're the most punctual, fairest price and they do the best job.

Appeared promptly at the time pre-arranged the previous day. Excellent results in fifteen minutes.

Had a very good experience with this locksmith. They came out and replaced five locks on my house and were done in about an hour. The locksmith was a little behind but called to tell me so and was actually early to the estimated new time. Would use them again.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Luke was on time, rekeyed the new doorknobs & deadbolt to the original key on the spot, checked before installing on the two doors & rechecked after iinstalling. Made sure that they closed & locked properly & were easy to unlock & open. The third door he took the doorknob & deadbolt off, cleaned & lubed, & found that the deadbolt didn't match the key ( no wonder I couldn't get it to work) & rekeyed that one as well per my request.  Reinstalled,  checked that everything worked correctly.
  I found the price to be very reasonalbe as he was very efficient, professional, & went the extre mile.  I highly recommend this service for any doorknob needs.  I had used them once before, 5 years ago, to have the locks changed at a prior residence.  They came out the same day I called, changed all the locks, gave me 3 new keys on the spot ( the amount I asked for), & were in & out in less than an hour.  Service was aces then as well.

The lock in the door from the house to the garage seized up and we could not open the door. We called Frank's Lock and Key at 8am and was told they could arrive at 11am or sooner. At 10:20am they called and asked if they could arrive in 10 minutes. They arrived at 10:30am and immediatelly diagnozed the problem. The springs in the locking mechanizm malfunctioned. After 15 minutes the new lock had been installed with no mess. The workman explained everything in clear detail.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD. I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS. THE PEOPLE ARE FINE. I WOULD NOT BE GOING THERE IF THEY WERE NOT. THERE IS NOTHING ELSE I CAN TELL YOU ABOUT THEM.
