 + 0 morePoorly..You think someone might have called me. Responded to me.. I had to hunt them down and they refuse to work with me and give me no answer. do not do business with these two very hard up realtors.. he use to call me spam me.. for work.
Description of Work: Nancy Tucker refereed to me by Robert P Mariani.. Came to write up all the paper work to do a short sale. I then emailed and said i was ready.. I waited and waited. Then called Robert.. he said Nancy will give me a call.She did.. Told me it would take up to a year to do a short sale.. Then I heard nothing further. She said to email when I had all my paper work. again I did and no response. I again email Robert.. and this is what he sends me.Below is from Robert Mariani.. (I referred you to someone I thought could help you. from what I got out of it, Nancy looked at your situation and feels that it just won't work. Lenders don't always grant short sales to everyone there are conditions. furthermore realtors work with agency relationships, this means that we choose our client and our clients choose to work with us.
