we have worked with others but this team is far the best. They explain what they will do and then do it in a quality manner, on time and to your satisfaction. They do their best to protect your possessions and home from the inevitable dust that is part of remodeling.
They give written estimates and stick to them. They do not try to add costs and gouge the customer as I have experienced from others in the past. These men are honest and hard working. They also are concerned for the residents and attempt to clean up every evening and creat living spaces so we homeowners survive well during remodeling.
My only upgrade would be to tell customers to remove as much as possible from your living space. We attempted to keep some furniture in the space and protect it with drapes. Believe me that fine dust goes everywhere so put as much as possible in storage.

Michael is a very skilled and very honest man as is his son Preston and their associates. They tell you what needs to be done, give you reasonable and written estimates and then do the job when they say they'll do it. We have had work done by others in the past but these men excel at being skilled, honest and dependable.  This type of renovation is very invasive and disruptive to the residents. Michael is compassionate and thinks of what the homeowner is experiencing. They always cleaned up after each work session and did their best to create a decent living environment - even without floors, and sinks etc. They hung plastic sheeting to protect the bedrooms and baths. When we had to make decisions Micheal would offer alternatives and then work with us so we were happy.
My only upgrade would be for them to explain in even greater detail the need for the homeowner to remove all possessions and every item of furniture. We covered items but in reality fine dust seeps in and covers everything. So when possible just get it out and put it in storage.
