I have been using All Seasons Landscaping for maintenance services for about a year. They crew does a good job, they are punctual and reliable.

I signed a contract for landscaping services with this company in January 2018. It is now the end of May, and they have apparently abandoned the project and gone missing. They NEVER answer the phone. The voice mailbox is full, and they have become completely unresponsive. Working with this has been a terrible experience, and I would advise anyone seeking landscaping services to find an alternative.

All Seasons Gardening and Landscaping did an excellent job. He was very professional. He measured everything and went over with me the existing problem that I had and measured the yard for the highs and lows and thought up the best solution to do the job. He also recommended that I was watering my yard too much. He adjusted my sprinklers and my timers. He went over all the stations. We did them so they ran correctly so we could get the best usage of my water, about 50% more. That made me happy. He took care of my drainage problem. He recommended other things I should do to improve the drainage in my yard. He's very upfront. He didn't try to spend my money. He told me exactly what I needed and how it was going to cost. I had other people out giving me estimates. I think putting far too many drains in, to try to jack up the price. He didn't try to take advantage of me.

My initial interview with the designer went well and he spent a lot of time talking and taking photos of our property. I had set a deadline for our conceptual plans and that deadline had passed. Our first meeting needed to be cancelled because he was so late. We had two other appointments and each time the landscaper was over 30 minutes late. The conceptual plans that he brought looked liked they were quickly inserted into auto-cad and he brought 10 pages of drought tolerant plants for us to review. He was so rushed, due to him being late, that my husband and I felt no closer to a design than 4 weeks earlier. At our last appointment he would say that he would email me a list of items to go see at our local nursery and he would drop off the plans at our home that week; eight days later I called the company to tell them we no longer needed their services. There were just too many late appointments, broken promises and unfulfilled agreements. How unfortunate; I was so excited to get our new home's landscape design complete.

The price was reasonable. They came, they did the work and they fulfilled the contract but the guy who was in charge of my project, did not get a support from the management that he was expecting. He didn't get the equipment that he expected to have so he ended up having to do more labor. As a result of using more labor to get the work done, he ran out of his budget, so they rushed the job at the end. It became an uncomfortable situation but they fulfilled the contract and I am happy with the quality of their work. For most parts, I was very pleased with what they did but there was just a little rage at the end.
