Hardware & Home Improvement Stores
While being in the store I received the most terrible customer service. I feel that my husband and I were being heckled the entire time that I was here. I had to make a couple trips, being an hour and a half each way to get what I wanted. They messed up my order, so I had to make the trip again. When we came back, they harassed us some more. The management was no help. They came out and continued to heckle and harass us, and were yelling at us as we were pulling away from the parking lot. I would not recommend this Ace Hardware to anybody. They lack professionalism, and do not know how to treat their customers.
