Willie's Budget and Appliance

The guy who comes out to do the work, his name is Willie Burke. He is my guy and he does my appliance repair. The last time I used him was to repair my hot water heater and he did a beautiful job. He is wonderful, meticulous and he did everything right and if he couldn’t do it right, he would go back home, study it, come back and then do it right. He is a guy who really cares about the work. He is very good, he goes over everything, and he takes extra steps, like for instance; he had to do some rewiring for my water heater and what he actually really had to do was solder two wires together, but he also wrapped all the other wires with tin foil, so that he wouldn’t burn through them and he didn’t have to do that. He connected a pipe that wasn’t connected and he didn’t charge me for all that extra stuff. His quality of extremely high and his pricing are okay because I have nobody to compare him to and he lets me make payments. He is very professional, he carries all his tools, and he builds things himself. He is always on time within fifteen minutes either way. His responsiveness is good and when I told him that I had a problem, he said that he would come out the next day. He has always been here as fast as he possibly could. I rate him highly. I will continue to use him in the future.
