Rich, Carol and Steve are all just great. They Did the repair work on a custom 1935 Chevy for the agreed price even though it took more work than they expected. And they even added a nice pinstripe around the car so it looked really great. They have done all of my Auto body work for years and you can always count on them to be honest, friendly, reasonable and they always go out of their way to work with your insurance company or with you personally to give you the best Auto body experience in town.

The headlight enclosure on my new-to-me Acura was leaking, so I brought it in to this body shop to have it repaired or replaced, and asked them to put a new gravel-guard on the underside while they were at it, since the part wasn't spendy.
I picked it because it was only a few block walk from my house, but the guys there were quite friendly, and were upfront about the cost when it turned out it needed a new one--even walked me through OEM vs aftermarket. When it turned out that the reason it was leaking was that the previous owner had cracked them open to paint the reflector rings inside black, so the new one didn't match the other, they showed me and made sure I wanted to do the other one before making any assumptions, and didn't have any complaints about installing the HID bulbs I provided (I figured I could order OEM equivalent a lot cheaper than they could) while they were in there.
The actual installation looks good and I haven't had any problems with the work since.
They also called promptly to let me know when parts were in or work was complete, so overall, despite the rather poor reputation body shops seem to have, and the somewhat sketchy-looking location, I wouldn't hesitate to take my vehicle here again if it needed body work.
