Provider was late to first appointment and on time for second. Not very good at communicating. While the installation went okay, the workers must be chain smokers because the house smelled of cigarettes while they were there. Gross. Yes, the furnace was installed professionally but the interactions with certain employees was negative earning them an overall C grade. A little sensitivity in scheduling given that I was without a furnace for two and half weeks during December could have improved the grade but alas, they didn't seem to care.
