Gena always gives me a great cut; she remembers what I like and treats me like a valued client. My hair is very fine and straight, with no body or curl. Getting my hair to and quot;doand quot; anything requires either some serious high-maintenance styling every day, or a hairdresser who can work magic. Gena does the magic, and consistently delivers a simple, low-maintenance, really cute cut that looks great. She has great instincts and just a natural knack for working with hair. Plus, she is always on the lookout for new techniques that make my cut even better and require even less product and less styling time from me. The staff is wonderful and they always offer me tea. The atmosphere is professional and down-to-earth. The lighting in the salon is flattering and the music is soft -- a very relaxing experience.

They have a really good environment and they're very friendly. They don't push products real hard, which is nice. It's a little hard to get appointments because they are really busy, but they do a really great job and I'm always happy with the work they do there.

You make an appointment and they have a very comfortable special room. Gina is the person I have been using for years and she is wonderful. She knows exactly what she is doing with me now. The first time she was asking if I wanted her to take more off and tried to get it off so I got the shape that I wanted. After she pulls she will press with a cool cloth and that helps to ease the pain. When I get there she usually is ready for my appointment time; it is very rare that I have to wait. I have not had my hair done there but that is a big part of their business. They do coloring and the whole full service line of stuff. I don't believe they do facials. I have used them for about 5 years and the price is good. I feel I have a relationship with Gina and we have nice conversations when I am there.
