Took them a couple weeks to get the confirmation letter out to me, but may place on the wait list is based on the date they first received my application. I wish they had immediate housing, but their rates definitely are below market rate - they are the real deal...and anyways, having checked around, wait lists are the norm in the Low-Income Housing industry.
