Property Management
Do not go with Complete Property Management in Eureka if you are a home owner! Ken Moffitt & Complete Property Management were the absolute Worst! They do not tell you that they do not even run credit checks or check references, however he stated in court after the fact that they would for a fee. What kind of Property Management Company does that? He rented my home to the most destructive and disrespectful tenants I could have ever imagined. Damages were over $6,000.00 and he never gave me my share of the last portion of rent and refunded them nearly half of their deposit! He would not return calls in a timely manner and I ended up suing him for Breach of Contract which I won in court. He gets a fat ZERO rating from me. Owner Beware!
