A coworker highly recommend Candice's services, and we are very glad we found her. Candice is very down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and honest. Because we were first-time home buyers and from out of town, we needed quite a bit of guidance, and she helped us every step of the way. She has an amazing amount of knowledge on the local market and homes. There were a few sticky situations with the seller and their agent that she handled professionally. Very happy with Candice's services.
