Rented me a place which I later found out was illegal and dangerous. Before I found out and left, I tried to get them to do something about water damage that was getting severe and they refused. I finally had to sue for rent and deposit back after I left due to unsafe conditions. Beware this company—especially Austin Dach the owner. Most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with.,
