ARCATA COUNTERTOPS

They let me borrow a whole case of samples to show my decorator. They gave me an estimate based on my measurement & then came out a couple days before installation to get exact measurements. The cabinet had yet to be installed & Nick suggested coming back to remeasure after the cabinet was done so that the sink would be perfectly centered. I chose a solid surface countertop (Staron), the samples are very shiny but they suggested maybe I didn't want them quite so shiny because scratches would show easily. After the install I expressed that I wish I had priced out quartz or granite (I had just assumed it would be too expensive) & Nick asked me why- I didn't like the matte finish so much. I appreciate that he cared enough to find out why I wasn't super excited about the countertop & told me it was no problem to come out and buff it to a higher shine. Good experience, they were nice to deal with & have in my house.
