About us

We are a division of Alves Inc. here to offer both flooring materials and install. Our installations are preformed by both in house and sub-contracted licensed and bonded flooring crews.

Services we offer

Our inventory is primarily new carpet (rolls and remnants), pre-finished wood flooring, sheet vinyl, laminate, LVT flooring materials, tools and flooring sundries. We like working with do it yourselfers and will happily provide advice to help you get the right product for your project. We can also provide full installation of any of our flooring materials for residential, property management and commercial jobs. All labor is preformed by fully licensed flooring crews.

Services we don't offer

At this time we do not deal in sand and finish wood flooring, ceramic or stone tile, and carpet cleaning.

Carpet Installation
We intended to have Alves install the carpet since a relative had recommended. I was surprised when they wanted a $3000 deposit to hold $4000 carpet. They came to measure and promised a bid in 1 or 2 days. After 3 phone calls and an email, with no response in a week, I went in and got my deposit refunded. At that time I was told they had emailed the estimate the day before but "there must have been a typo" They offered no explanation or apology for the delay. Definitely got the impression they did not want my business. It cost them a $7000 job when all I required was some communication
