Jim McDavid and his staff are just wonderful! Its like having an IT guy on-call anytime you need them, or a friend thats really good with computers!  Jim is extremely honest, trustworthy, and SMART! And he does a great job at explaining computer "stuff" to non tech savvy people. In addition he can also access your computer remotely which is extremely convenient.  Until meeting Jim we were getting totally ripped off by best buy and the other bigger companies.
