I Provide Senior Real Estate Services for 55+ mature adults in Pasadena and the San Gabriel area. Pasadena Senior Real Estate Services provides relocation and downsizing services for our clients that can no longer stay in their homes due to physical disabilities due to getting older. Our real estate services provides the resources to get our clients moved, have the house cleaned, packed and moved when the clients are not able to do so. I provide a free one hour Relocation & Downsizing Consultation to our clients to plan the move and the timeline that is right for client. I represent first time buyers looking to purchase their first home. Free needs assessment profile is put together at our fist meeting to make sure that our clients are purchasing the right home for the family. The consultation is free with a book "My First Home" at the time the meeting is completed.

Natalie was very helpful from the very start - from getting our personal information, our preferences down to budget range and everything vital so that she will be able to qualify and provide us the best options based on our goal of owning our first house.
