We called ahead to make sure that Johnny's could accommodate us and, in their accommodating style, they did. The battery had been purchased originally through Johnny's, so we received a pro-rated new replacement battery at minimal cost. Repairing the damage to the outer handle of our vehicle was more problematic, since it required the removal of the front door panel and the assistance of a locksmith to repair. We had been working around the door problem for years and finally decided to spend what was necessary to have it fixed. Johnny's resolved both problems in a couple of days and had us back on the road. Johnny and his staff were professional, helpful and friendly.

The quality of their work is good that is why we have been going there for such a long time. And we shall continue to do so.

We have been using them for many years; they are very honest, they are totally confident in fixing issues. It cost me about $34 for my car and about $90 for my wife's car, she needed more work done that just an oil change. Johnny is very up front, he will tell me what needs to be done, and what can wait for a while. Price-wise he would be hard to match anywhere else, we have gotten things done at other places, but they were not priced as well as Johnny's. I would say at the very least just go to them and get an estimate and meet Johnny. Sometimes, I have to call in to find out what time I can pick the car up on smaller jobs, but in the past on multple day jobs if they tell me that it's going to be done by a certain day, it will be done by that certain day.
