It wa a bad experience.
John Cambianaca is unreliable, untrustworthy and he?s a criminal. He?s not familiar with county regulation, which he?s learning as he goes, and cost us a ton of money.
He has no respect for deadlines. We gave him a project to renovate the front facing of our house. What he promised an ?over-the counter? approval turned into a 3-month drag. After giving him 90 days plus $1,200 and found out that he did nothing, we fire him. 2 month after we fired him, this guy had the guts to come back and demand full payment $6800 for work he?s never done.
The house sat empty for 3 month just waiting for his design. We finally received a drawing which is in violation of the city code, and a hand sketch which is totally not what we wanted.
What?s more astounding is that after we fired him and hired
another company, he tried to break into the house to find out what the new
company has done. The tenant reported
the forced entry. We filed a police
report against him. Security camera is
now on site to catch him if he ever tried to break in. We now have civil and criminal law suits
against him.
Do everything to avoid this guy!
