I?ve been using him for years and years. I haven?t had him now in a long time. When we owned the rental units, he did all the work. After my husband died, I had the whole house painted, inside and out. He did all of that plus he did a lot of other work for me too. He said that I really needed his help; so he hired a bunch of guys and they cleaned the garage and cleaned out a bunch of junk in the yard. I said that everybody wanted his number but he said that he just did that for me. He said he was not licensed to do all that; he is only licensed to paint. He went way above and beyond. He did whatever was necessary because it still looks great. He bought shutters, painted them and put them up. I originally contracted with him for the rental unit about 15 years ago. I started with him because he gave me the best price and I never got estimates after that because I trust him. After my husband died, I didn?t want people I didn?t know in the house. With this guy, I can go off and be gone all day and I don?t have to worry.
