They came out on time. The price was exactly as estimated. They did a great job. I would recommend their services.

The price was reasonable. I liked the fact that they did not use chemicals. They used the magnesium carbonate foam system that foams the dirt out; it is just magnesium and is not a dangerous chemical. The people have always been polite. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

It would be nice if just once a carpet cleaning company could actually clean the carpets for the advertised sale price. If the sale price is for inferior cleaning then why offer it? But of course, we got talked into a substantial upgrade. Yet, I am happy to say that it came out better than expected and much better than they said it would. The carpet still gets wet. The adds imply that the carpet stays completely dry. It is not over wet though. It dry relatively quickly and, so far, it is staying very clean. The carpet looks new again. We are very happy with the job. It was just a heck of a lot more expensive than we thought it would be.

Two clean, business-like young men arrived right in the time frame I was given. They were careful to find out what I wanted done, answered my questions, and explained everything to my satisfaction. I agreed to add Scotch guarding (added to the initial quote) after they explained it. They were able to get out some spots that hadn't come out before and really did a thorough job. I was very pleased with the final result. They claimed that it would dry in a couple of hours and it did, except for the spots they had had to use extra spot remover on. The carpet looks like new again! This was a big improvement over the steam cleaning we'd had done last year that took two days to dry and left big dark spots where the dirt came up after the cleaners left.

I have not tried any others since they always do the job right and the prices are affordable. They spend a good bit of time getting the traffic areas cleaned real good. I have never had a complaint about the work or the crews.

THEY CLEANED OUR SOFA, AND DID A GREAT JOB. IT DRIED VERY FAST. THEY WERE DEPENDABLE. I LIKED HOW THE SOFA LOOKED AFTER THEY WERE DONE. THEY WERE A LITTLE PRICEY.
