ARROYO PLUMBING INC

I was then, President of the Board of Director's for a non-profit organization in Arcadia, Ca. We arranged for Arroyo Plumbing to appraise and estimate the cost of removing the old system and replacing it with a New Sump Pump and Electrical System to facilitate the removal of rain water from our rear parking lot to the city's drainage system. Arroyo Plumbing was very professional in their prompt proposal bid that included all parts, labor, time estimated to perform the installation and removal of the old system, and hauling away hazardous material properly! Kevin Zimmerman of Arroyo Plumbing, was very detail oriented. He made sure everything was First Class in execution, service, and follow-up to make sure the pump was working properly!

One toilet had leaked suddenly where it was necessary for us to shut off the water. After much effort we were told that the source of the problem could not be determined. The second toilet had a slow leak and parts were needed for replacement. A second visit was necessary so the required parts could be obtained. In the meantime we turned on the water to the first toilet and again experienced a flush of water. This time we noted specifically the source of the water leak. We shared this information with Marco on his return visit. He was able to fix the problem. We found the service professional. We liked that everything was explained to us and an estimate was quoted for each job.

Arroyo Plumbing came within an hour of us calling and fixed the problem immediately. They also checked all our other fire sprinklers for us to make sure they don't explode on us. We were very pleased with their professionalism.

When compared to other companies giving us estimates for plumbing jobs, it is obvious that with the level of detail that Arroyo asks for, the estimates are more accurate and inclusive - no surprises. The workers who arrive are very polite, professional and friendly. They are knowledgable and can offer options to solve problems. The quality of the equipment they use is excellent. I called Arroyo Plumbing, told the lady that I needed a backflow assembly test done at my home. I gave her my name, number, address and she told me to send a check of 52.00 to their address for the test to be done. The lady said that once they get the check, they will have their plumber head over to my residence and get the test done without me being there. As long as they have access to the area. I use their services every year for the last 5 years. The city requires this test done to ensure our system is working properly.

They came on time. They did what I asked them to do. The price was reasonable.

Plumber arrived on time and was prepared. Performed work quickly and correctly.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY HANDLED THE PROBLEM IN A PROFESSIONAL, AND A TIMELY MANNER. THE PEOPLE WHO WORKED, CLEANED UP, AND DID NOT LEAVE A MESS. IT WAS A COMPLICATED PROCEDURE, AND IT NOW WORKS PERFECTLY.

THE PLUMBER HAD A NICE ATTITUDE HE THOROUGHLY EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM, AND THE COST OF WHAT WAS NEEDED TO BE DONE. A GOOD EXPLANATION OF WHAT MY MONEY WAS PAYING FOR, AND HE DID A CLEAN JOB.

THEY WORKED US TO GET BETTER WATER PRESSURE. WE HAVE MORE HOT WATER. ALL OUR PLUMBING IS UP TO INDUSTRY STANDARDS SO WE WON'T NEED TO MAKE ANY IMPROVEMENTS FOR YEARS TO COME.
