They are very good.  From literally the time I called to go in, it was less than 3 hours. I called them just before their lunch because I had just got back from picking up the dog. Literally, just walking right on in, they made room for me. Literally, everything I expect from a vet was there, professionalism, great explaining what was going on, what was going to happen. He even sat down and said because of the chip, the puppy was kind of small, it was going to hurt and that I might want to actually step outside for a minute because it was going to yelp, no way around it. I thanked him for that because I really don't want to hear my dog yelp.

You don't have to make an appointment and they are open on weekends. They're really nice and you get good vibes when you go in there. Their prices are not real cheap but not overly expensive.

They sent me sympathy card and they sat with my while I cried.

I used this animal hospital before for the same situation. My mother in law is older and is on a fixed income. I took her beloved cat to this hospital expecting the same service as before, i.e., does the cat need to be put asleep and if so, please show the cat this mercy, which the owner of the clinic did, without question. The charge was 65.00 for euthanasia and 35 dollars for the office visit, which was completely reasonable and I was grateful for the prompt service. I brought in this cat on August 17th and was told that they were booked however, if it was an emergency, they could see the cat for 160.00. I said okay because the cat was suffering and barely moving. They took the cat to the back and asked me to wait in the room. I was told by the vet that because my mother in law was not sure about the euthanasia (this was not true) she would have to call my mother in law and because it wasn't legally my cat. She said she has been sued before and has to protect herself. I told her of my previous experience that the previous cat had been found to be suffering and was put to sleep with no phone calls to my mother in law who was devastated. All this vet did was make it about her. I explained over and over that I allowed the emergency visit because the cat was suffering. She said she is booked solid and is trying to help me. I told her it would not help my mother in law to have to hear the details of her cat's suffering. She just kept repeating back incorrect information. She finally called my mother in law, first, not letting me even prepare her for the phone call and upset her terribly. Then had the temerity to sound cheerful. THEN told my mother in law and then me that it wouldn't be financially reasonable nor did she think it would even help that the humane thing to do would be to put the cat to sleep. They couldn't help my mother in law's cat because they were overbooked, except they could help the cat for 160.00 plus the euthanasia fee. I should have just gone in there and said the cat was mine. My mother in law was completely devastated. I will never go back.
