We ordered windows, doors and hardware frome this company. From start to finish they were amazing! I felt comfortable having the installers in my home. They were careful and did a great job. The sales woman that helped us was so good with design. She did not push me into something beyond my budget but helped me pick windows that were beautiful. We will be using them again!

After they took my deposit they stopped responding. That should have been a red flag. It took them 4 months to get my windows installed and after they installed it incorrectly and didn't follow any of our designs we talked about. I spent almost 100k with this company and this is how they treat you. Windows went on damaged and incorrect(wouldn't take responsibility for the damaged windows). Poor service and no one takes responsibility there. Stay away from this company!

We ordered the doors by giving them money. It was months before they were installed. They were very unprofessional. Their customer service is the worst that I have ever encountered. The project was prolonged and prolonged. They had canceled appointments too. They had done it when I had actually canceled a doctor?s appointment to be here at home. I could never get a straight answer from anyone in the office. Their service was unbelievably poor. Our experience with them was horrible. I would never recommend them to anyone. I would tell people to avoid doing business with them.

started off quite well in terms of initial estimation and bid for work... however, once we committed, we found that they did not respond to our many phone calls for final negotiations. After approx., 4-6 weeks they finally, agreed to do the work, and requested 50% down pymt. Fine, we complied, and it then took another 8-12 weeks of waiting for them to make the door and schedule an install date. I had to call numerous times for status and in fact had to chase down the company owner for some information. He had none to provide since he delegated all work to his salesman/partner (?). The overall time-frame to completion spanned 14-18 weeks or so. I do have to admit though that the quality of materials and workmanship seemed to be quite good, however it's the service responsiveness that would prevent me from recommending their company in the future.

They were not professional and I would not recommend.

Ended up having to wait several weeks longer than I was originally told due to backlog. Work was fine, but the wait was not.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THERE WAS A SLIGHT MISCOMMUNICATION AND WE HAD TO HAVE ONE OF THE WINDOWS REDONE, BUT THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY.
