SAN LORENZO FLOORS

After a curious round of interviews on where I purchased the floors, once it was discovered I purchased the floors elsewhere, San Lorenzo Floors salespeople Rusty and Beth bluntly, and rather rudely told me to go back to where I purchased the floors and have them order the molding. I was quoted a 100% markup on the items, (compared to an online price) to further enforce that they clearly did not want my business. This company is much closer than where I purchased the flooring from. I thought I'd save some gas/time, and spent money locally. I was wrong on both accounts. I own two homes and will never call San Lorenzo Floors again to assist me. They clearly aren't interested in helping local folks, unless, of course, you buy EVERYTHING from them, and have their installers do the work. Stay away local Santa Cruz/Soquel/Aptos/Scotts Valley folks!!
