MELVILLE APPRAISAL

I researched for the most experienced real estate appraiser in my small town. I wanted an appraiser that was invested by time and personal interest in my area. There was only a few appraisers available that met my criteria. After interviewing each, Tom was the clear choice. He spent quite a bit of time inspecting the house, under the house, walking the land. He compiled the report in an appropriate amount of time the and presented a thorough and extensive report. I was quite satisfied with the report. When it came time to sell the house I went back to Tom Melville for his realtor experience. He marketed the house in quite an impressive plan. Open house days, advertising, flyers in and out of our area. He fielded calls to see the house and scheduled viewings around the tentants schedule which was not always easy. He was available on a moment's notice to meet with a buyer for sometimes hours. His marketing strategy was spot on. I plan to call on Tom for future real estate endeavors and will do so without reservation or hesitation. He's now my "Real Estate Person".
