The main installer went on a several day vacation in the middle of the project and I had to reschedule my move. The installer that installed the trim and base boards had no skill in the craft he is employed to do and could not complete the job. I had to hire another carpenter to remove some of the trim installed and complete the rest of the project. The company sawed the underlayment inside the house and I am still dealing with the dust that was created with no effort on Knights Floors to clean up the mess. Dust on ceiling, walls, the floors in cabinets everywhere.
