Ken Cross Construction

Ken and his crew built me 2 beautiful bamboo decks. One large and one small. They also replaced all the plywood and siding on the back of my house. Our upper deck, which is the larger one has a water drainage system so we can have a living space underneath. The lower deck, which is the smaller one is flanked by concrete planter boxes and looks awesome! Despite last winters heavy storms, they got the job done quickly and efficiently.

Ken did great work, it was well priced. Even with some supply issues he was able to get the work done and communicated throughout the entire process.

To be fair, the quality of the construction they actually did was ok. I even liked his personality and so I opted to pay for the materials like he asked for. It was not however a good experience in the end. The work took longer than I would have liked, seeing as he could only work on weekends, and there are important pieces of the overall project that have been left undone altogether. From what I can tell he has completely quit on me and now I am left with construction waste, a roughly 12 inch hole in the deck, and other minor defects that he refused to remedy. I am very disappointed.

Ken and his assistant were professional and produced good quality work.

I use them for a lot of different projects and he keeps me satisfied. He does good work.

Working with Kenny really was a good experience.
