"Mr. Ramdas has misstated the fee quoted and his refusal. The fee quoted was $300 and was received at the time of inspection. There was never a request for a higher fee. I did mention to him that I typically charge $350, but since I had recently done a condo in his area I would only charge him $300. As to his disagreement of value that is not uncommon when comparing to Zillow."
