FENCES BY JERRY

We had received three bids for our fence including Fence by Jerry. They came recommended by our HOA, so the other neighbors and I chose them. They were supposed to show up on a Monday, however, they called the previous Friday to postpone to Tuesday due to vehicle problems. We had taken Monday off work to be at home, so this was an inconvenience. Jerry and his crew showed up on time every day. Before I knew it. our old fence was down and gone. The fence is a hand-nailed, board-on-board, not pre-fab panel fence. The fence looks excellent. I had even talked to Jerry about doing some deck work for us, however, we changed our mind after we had an issue with the billing. Before we had started this project, we told Jerry payments would be coming from four separate parties. Payment time came and Jerry did not want to send out four separate bills, he wanted us to be responsible for collecting all four checks and getting them to him. When we only had two checks at one time, he did not want to hear any explaination about how we were in contact with other owners and checks were on their way. He just basically stormed out in a big huff, being very childish. This turned us off from using him and his business again. Very un-professional.
