Doctor Clean

We used Doctor Clean to have our sectional couch cleaned. We have a beautiful brown microsuede couch that was showing some spots and was in need of a good cleaning. I was told to expect the cleaner to arrive between 2-3pm and it was right around 2:30 when Jeff showed up. He had also called about a half hour prior to let me know when to expect him.

Jeff was friendly and got right to work on the couch. I think it took him about an hour and a half or a bit less to do the couch and then he was kind enough to clean the carpet around the couch which was showing some dirt. I think he was done in less than 2 hours total and the carpet and couch look great! He even managed to get some of the deepest stains out of the couch. I wasn't sure if the throw pillows would be included but he cleaned them too!

I will definitely use Doctor Clean again and will recommend to friends.

The friendly service began from the beginning with the person answering the phone with a cheerful, helpful voice. She was able to accommodate my need for nearly immediate service..  The fellow arrived on time, and was also upbeat.   He was careful to shield my furnishings from damage by moisture.  He began then with a vacuuming of the carpet. Proceeded to evaluate the more stained areas, treated them with appropriate chemicals, proceeded through the buffing process.  He then rinsed and extracted the carpet, leaving it gleaming, barely moist. 

He has a large extraction system on his truck.   He advised me on how to best apply fans to complete the drying. He requested I call him if any stains returned.  The carpet was completely clean and dry the next AM. This carpet is about 20 years old. It is holding up well as it is maintained well.  This is the third time I have used the Doctor Clean service.  Each time my experience has been consistant, From the first service, the cost of his service was slightly less than his closest competitor.

We had Doctor Clean come out to clean several pieces of furniture, steam clean some tile and clean wall-to-wall carpets in most rooms in our house.  Our carpet is twenty years old and although we have it professionally cleaned fairly regularly it has a number of stains and was looking awful.  This is the first time we used Doctor Clean and he did a marvelous job.  Our carpet looked like new and now, a month later, the stains have not resurfaced.  One of the chairs he cleaned was almost a lost cause before he got to work on it. 

One of the cats had peed on it and although I had used an enzyme cleaner the chair was not usable and I was keeping it under the house, thinking I might have to throw it out.  Now it is clean and has no odor.  This was a piece of furniture I had inherited from my aunt and I really didn't want to have to trash it, so I am grateful to Doctor Clean for saving it.    Doctor Clean worked hard and nonstop on all these tasks.  He was friendly and professional and the results were far superior to those of the service we used to use.  We will certainly hire him in the future.
