Home Building
After 4 years they have still not completed the work and now they have filed a mechanics lien against my property stating that I owe them the full amount of the contract when the contract has been paid in full. This company is very dishonest and will readily lie to achieve the goal of getting paid. The work that they have performed to date is substandard and my property now has a red tag for failure to complete the work. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I thought that since they were licensed and bonded, that they would at least perform. But I guess I was fooled by the lies and the smiles. Updated 6/20/2023 Dennis Farley Construction has now sued me and I am in the middle of fighting a bogus lawsuit. I have discovered that the contract that they have used does not even come close to meeting the requirements set forth by the California State License Board. The original estimate was approximately $8,000.00. I have made not changes to the work, yet I am being sued for $36,000.00.
