+ -1 moreWas very lucky to get his help. He usually works with Advertising firms or Newspapers on their main frames. He is a very knowledgeable person about PCs and Macs and was able to completely redo my system in very short order. He was on time, was personable, easy to reach by phone for questions and patient. I have recommended him to friends and family. He covers the Bay Area, San Jose and the Monterey Peninsula, as well as Tahoe. He really knows his stuff and keeps up to date on the latest equipment. Reasonably priced. A real find!
Description of Work: Installed new Mac OS X 10.3 computer, plus router and DSL line for me and another one for my daughter. Installed very complicated Photo Printer for her as well as increased memory for her line. Has done trouble shooting over the past 5 years when needed. Answers calls promptly. Works well with SBC on DSL line problems for me.
