Greg was awesome. Before he came out, he offered a few suggestions to correct the problem with my pool heater so he wouldn't have to charge me for a service call if it was an "easy fix". When we realized the problem was not a simple fix (darn leaking pipe), he immediately scheduled an appointment. He was professional and prompt. We discussed not only the problem at hand, but pool maintenance and tips on how to care for my filter/heater. I'll definitely be calling him back when I need help again.
