RGM UPHOLSTERY

we were originally given a date of completion.  We brought our old cushions in to use as patterns.  We were happy with the price since we had checked other places & RGM offered 1/2 the cost of other places.  They accepted 1/2 payment $325.00) on 1/16/15.  We called and called, couldnt get thru, were told that they were working on the cushions, they were ordering the fabric, they were working on them, they still didnt have the fabric....and, on and on.  We let them know, when we could reach a person, that this was very unprofessional and we expected better and then they would make promises that they would be promptly be done.  Eventually, we went to the shop and found out that the owner had trusted her husband & Nephew (?) to take care of the shop and they were making deals and not following thru.  We felt very bad for the owner & her daughter, who were trying to put out fires.....but, our order still was not completed.  We went back into the shop and let them know that we could see that they were working on the larger jobs (like reupholstering the interior of a boat) that had come in way after us, but, apparently, due to the larger cost, the bigger jobs were put ahead of us.  They did, then, complete our job and we picked up our last cushion on 7/22/15 !  So....total time was 6 months to complete 14 patio cushions.
Please understand that we feel terrible for the mess the owner was in, but we feel we were more than understanding.  We also feel she should have been keeping a better eye on her business.
Nice cushions at a great price......lousy service.
