From the first phone call he was very polite and responsive. On March Air Reserve Base I am some distance away from Apple Valley, however, he agreed to arrive the next morning by 10:00 a.m. and did just that.
Mr. Rodriguez's 30 years experience made him able to anticipate the problem and he had the necessary parts to fix the refrigerator on hand. (No having to wait for a parts order and a return service call!)
He and his assistant got right to work on confirming Mr. Rodriguez premilinary diagnosis, giving me a detailed estimate for the three parts which were required and the labor involved to defrost both the freezer and refrigerator, install the new parts and reassemble.
In addition, A Reliable Appliance Technician warranted their work for one year parts and labor!
