In Dec. 2016, when using the furnace we experienced smoke throughout our home. I made a number of calls to RB Heating and Air for repair. No return phone call received. I located another Heating and Air Conditioning Company on Angie's List that had excellent reviews and located in Redlands. Tech checked out furnace and found a number of code violations from RB Heating and Air Conditioning. The Flute was lying on top of the ducting and other installation code violations resulted Carbon Monoxide leaking through the vents into our home. BEWARE!

Called Richard Saturday morning, he was here within 30-minutes. Gave me an estimate for replacing my AC unit. By that afternoon, I was enjoying my new AC. Great service, and a very nice man.

They did really well the first time, he took another 13,00 from me and never showed back up. He said he needed the money to buy the last materials, so I stupidly gave him upfront money. By the time I got through with him, I had to call another service and I was told they had been installed incorrectly and that inappropriate attachments to the roof had been made.

I called Richard at 1500. He was at my house at 1615 and was immediately trouble shooting the AC problem. After about 20 minutes he told me what was wrong and quoted my price. He did need to run back to Victorville to get a new motor and capacitor. He returned at about 2030 to complete the repairs and test the unit. Richard went above and beyond to make sure my AC unit was working correctly. I sincerely appreciate his willingness to return in the evening to complete the job. No hot and sleepless night for me. Very Highly Recommended.
