I received a referral for Quality Plumbing and Backhoe in Apple Valley from G A Osborne Pipe & Supply in Victorville, CA a long established quality plumbing supply business. Frank Giarmo, owner of Quality Plumbing took my call directly and took all my info and the description of what needed to be done. He explained the possibilities of what the work could entail and what I could expect based upon his examination of what actually needed to be done once he came out to the house. I needed to have all the drains and toilets cleared right away as the drain blockage was creating a major health hazard. He set an appointment to come out to the house early next day. I was grateful when he showed up 7:40am the next morning so that we could get an early start due to not knowing exactly what was causing the problem. Septic systems can offer additional complications and require additional levels knowledge and experience to repair and clear properly. He spent a lot of time investigating exactly what was causing the drain blockages. He then spent a lot of time clearly explaining in great detail how the previous plumber created a septic system replacement of the original system from when the house was built that was most likely bound to fail and that was probably a huge part of what was causing the drain blockages that were being experienced now. Frank has been living in the area for well over 40+ years serving the Apple Valley / Victorville / Hesperia area plumbing needs. It showed in his understanding and explanation of what needed to be done to clear my blocked drains. These were not simple clean-outs. He had to climb on the roof and using his hydro jett cleaning system through each of vents on the roof for each bathroom to clean out my drains and toilets. He did a great job. The guy really knows his plumbing profession. As the inside of both bath rooms were a complete mess from the damage the blockage had caused, the $350 paid was money well spent. I heartily recommend Frank Giarmo of Quality Plumbing for the following reasons: 1) His professionalism 2) His honesty 2) His understanding my needs by actually listening and responding directly to the questions that were being asked 3) His taking the time to completely exam the problem being experienced 4) His taking the time to clearly and thoroughly explain what needed to be done and all of my options 5) His follow thru with quality work that remedied the drain blockages in both bathrooms that had made an absolute mess of both I am grateful for his help.
