Excellent service...very friendly and met all of my expectations

I'm very happy with the inspection they High Desert Chimney Sweep does. He inspects everything thoroughly and will let you know of any safety improvements that you can make. He costs more but your paying for the inspection as well as the cleaning. When he cleaned that was done very well. Not a trace of soot was left anywhere when he left. I would recommend any one in the area who burns used their fire place to have it inspected as well as cleaned periodically.

I'm a long time customer of his and he provided me a excellent service. He comes out once a year and cleans out my wood stove. He's prompt, courteous, tidy, leaves everything ready to use and his rates are reasonable.

Tom arrived on time and very pleasant. Immidiatley got to work looking at the job at hand and covered surrounding area with clean covers to keep my carpet from getting dirty. The overall job took about an hour, answered all my questions and was very helpful helping me to understand all the ins and outs of wood stove burning and chimneys. Left my home with a clean chimney and no mess. Very happy with service.

THEY WERE GOOD. HE WAS ON TIME, AND HE CAME INTO THE HOUSE. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY, AND HE FINISHED THE JOB QUICKLY. HE WAS CLEAN. HE WORE A LITTLE TOP HAT AND HAD A UNIFORM ON. IT WAS APPROPRIATE. HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT AT HIS JOB.
