Exterior and Interior painting generally according to expectations. Flexible in price negotiation. Stripping work on patio ceiling surfaces in preparation for repainting lacked attention to detail. Here and there on the exterior house painting the sprayed-on paint did not make it down into all the small pits and holes of the stucco. Mr. Massie is able to get to many hard to reach places on the house, for example, to paint second story eves and fascia board. He can also do many of the handy man tasks that arise in the course of doing a large paint project. Mr. Massie is friendly and overall has been flexible and done good work.

I've used Mark for about 10 years now since 2007. He's always been dependable and had reasonable prices and I've never had to call anyone else because he does such a great job.
