They arrived promptly. Carpets looked good when they were finished. It did seem to stay wet longer than usual. I was happy with the service and would use again.

Received a phone call prior to the appointment time. The technicians were at my door at the appointed time They were friendly and more than willing to help move the furniture without an additional charge.
They worked for more than 3 hours and then put things back the way they were.
The carpets all look great and now we just wait for it to dry.
