They arrived promptly. Carpets looked good when they were finished. It did seem to stay wet longer than usual. I was happy with the service and would use again.

Received a phone call prior to the appointment time. The technicians were at my door at the appointed time They were friendly and more than willing to help move the furniture without an additional charge.
They worked for more than 3 hours and then put things back the way they were.
The carpets all look great and now we just wait for it to dry.

Prior to moving out of our old house and into our new house, I asked A Steam Pro to come and clean our carpets in both houses. The carpet in the old house was a mess, we had a new puppy so we had stains etc...A Steam Pro came out and did a fantastic job. When he was done the carpet looked brand new. He then came over to our new house where the previous residents had a cat and the carpet was good quality but a mess, cat hair was in the carpet and it was loose. He cleaned the carpet to perfection, and had someone come in to tighten the carpets! In addition he cleaned my area rugs for me as well. He did such a beautiful job. He is a very hard working man and he stayed until late at night to make sure our carpets were cleaned before moving in. He brought in a hydro fan to dry the carpets quickly as well. I am planning to have him come back and clean the carpets again. I see him around town all the time. He is friendly, very punctual and very knowledgeable. There isn't a stain he cannot get rid of.
