You know this company was fairly supportive. They were great with the financing for me. I would not be opposed to using them again in the future. They presented a lot of options and things like that and I felt like I got a good deal when using their services.

The experience was a nightmare due to WaMu and also the Title Company. Documents for signing were sent to our home rather than our PO Box, so had to be resent. Then, the PO Box number was incorrect. When the documents arrived, some were missing. The notary had us sign those available while waiting for the rest to arrive. Then had to sign all the documents all over again. When we pointed out some of the info was incorrect such as the age of our house, it was never corrected. One document we did not sign again, because we didnt know we had to sign it for the fourth time, caused our loan to be denied. We had to rush over to WaMu on the last day and sign it. No one ever apologized for all the running around and confusion. Now, after closing in June, I am still trying to get WaMu to send us a monthly statement to no avail. No one accepts any responsibilty and there is no phone number for anyone who will. I am so frustrated with them that I will never do business with them again.
