Poorly. Inspector took it personal when informed it seemed to be a conflict of interest to hire them to do the actual repairs. Made passing the inspection almost impossible. List a areas needing repairs was very vague. This left copious amount of room to continually charge for additional inspections. Inspector uses a broken paint roller to dig through siding and expertly repaired joints. If your mortgage agent want to use Wallace. Run for the hills.
