We hired Hector to investigate why our sump pump was no longer working. He efficiently diagnosed the problem after going under our house during rainy season, that rats had gnawed through the wires and that all of our wires under the house were resting on the ground. Hector provided pictures and quickly ran a new line for the sump pump, replaced the sump pump breaker, and tacked up all the remaining wires, leaving none on the ground. Hector was incredibly professional, efficient, transparent, and wonderful to work with. Our experience was so positive we hired Hector again to diagnose and fix an issue with our outdoor lights. Once again, Hector did an amazing and efficient job for a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend Hector without hesitation. He is an honest professional who takes pride in his work.
