Its important for readers to know this is not the same guy that get continual bad reviews.

This guy did exactly what I asked of him and was very accommodating with a few changes along the way.  Prices were very fair.  He worked harder than most people I've ever seen in this business.  He employs a brother, sometimes two and all of them have the same work ethic.  Very honest and aims to please. 

I would not hesitate to re-engage.  While he was doing the work at my house he was asked to do work on three other houses in my neighborhood.  In fact I asked him to do my lawn maintenance going forward.

The only criticism is his language skills.  English is a second language which makes it tough for some people to understand him the first time he says something.  I asked him to repeat several times.  At the end of the day it was never a problem that we didn't work through.  I reflected this in my professionalism rating.
