Ron came to do the estimate and the repair. He needed to remove a sink and cut a panel of drywall to gain access. He repaired the damaged pipe, patched the drywall to look as it had before, reinstalled the sink and cleaned up the area well. Another plumber had told me it would be necessary to cut through the exterior redwood siding to access the pipe. That would have been much more difficult and expensive.  Ron?s approach of opening the wall from the inside was a much better solution.

This company based in Santa Clara (not Antioch) did a great job. We chose them, because another company had referred us to them as having special expertise with built-in refrigerators, which are different from free-standing ones. Accurate and fast estimate. The wait for shipment of parts took a few more days than expected. Complete installation in 4 hours, even when additional items like coolant tubing were discovered that needed replacement. Honored Angie's List 10% discount on parts. After 1 month, it continues to run well. Overall, very pleased.

The techs showed up that day to fix it. They were quick and efficient.

They are very professional. The technician was very quick about solving my problem which was unresolved for the last six months.

It went well overall. I gave him a list of 'duties' and he looked at each one. He was able to fix every problem on the same day, except for 3 which will be fixed at a later date. The most important job was putting in a new toilet (to replace old toilet w/ crack in it). Initially toilet would not fit exactly in hole. However, he put "clay" and plastic clips to make toilet fit perfectly.

They showed up promptly on the estimate date as well as the service date. They were quick, efficient, and completed everything perfectly. They even disposed of the old dishwasher and sink at no extra charge! They also replaced the poor original piping in the kitchen at no extra charge. My kitchen headaches are over! All of this was done without any nickel-and-diming. They just charged me what was on the original estimate despite extra work and parts and dealing with the challenges of the poor original installation of everything in the kitchen.

They did come highly recommended to begin with so expectations were high, but they didn't disappoint! I highly recommend them--especially since they are in the middle of the pack as far as pricing.

I was extremely pleased by their services. They set their expectations and followed through with them. They were excellent at communication skills with me along with the store who I purchased the toilet from. Inadvertently, there was a part missing. The plumber contacted the store to retrieve a new product. Upon scheduling the appointment, the plumber came within a couple of days. He arrived on time. The price was quite comparable with other plumbers. I am planning to have them additional plumbing jobs within the near future.

The best experience I ever had with a contractor. Matt is a man of his word and is absolutely dependable. Would be lucky to have Matt on the job.
