I needed a new kitchen faucet Install. Matt's call was quick and honest. Another wanted to come and inspect the project and charge for that before giving me an estimate. I had my entire house repipped and all fixtures were up to date, Therefore i didn't think an inspection was needed. Matt's tech was able to come eariler and was able to finish the installation in a fast and timely manner.

Matt did the rough in plumbing under our slab foundation, rough plumbing with copper, gas piping, and tankless hot water heaters in our new house construction. He is very efficient and his work is top quality. There is no doubt he is a true professional based on his knowledge of building codes and how he designed the plumbing in our new home. Not only was his craftsmanship impeccable, but he also had great communication, giving us updates every step along the way. He would show-up when he said he would even though he had other simultaneous jobs happening. The members of his crew carried the same level of professionalism as Matt. I was very impressed with how Matt worked with the other contractors on our job site and made some potentially difficult situations easy with his knowledge and positive demeanor. He answered all our questions and worked with us when we had questions while doing the finish plumbing ourselves. I would hire Matt again, 100%!

When my water heater went out, Pennington Plumbing sent someone out within 2 hours to replace it for me. The technician was polite and professional. I will hire Pennington Plumbing again, if I have any plumbing issues.

He's worth a phone call. We've had bad luck with contractors in the past, which is why I highly recommend him. He has an old school thorough mentality that you don't see nowadays!
