Property Appraisal
A person representing the title company called and attempted to get us to initial a contract regarding terms between the selling agent and the seller. The terms of which were already negotiated, stating that we needed to initial in a spot on the contract in order for the process to finalize. This was misrepresentation and an attempt to falsely coerce agreement. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!!!
