Very bad service, unprofessional. They didn't do the job they were hired for.

Initially they did a wonderful job but over time their work began to diminish. Things that were cleaned in the beginning were no longer being cleaned as time went on. Sometimes they would arrive within the window of time discussed or comes an hour late without communicating and other times they would contact me the day of to cancel. The work they did, when consistent, was good & I would have loved to keep working with them but the inconsistency just doesn?t work for my schedule. Lastly, it became a hassle & a little inconsiderate to cancel without calling or arrive hours later without so much of an apology especially on days I may have had an event or special occasion planned.

They are always on time or early. There super sweet, very effective and go above and beyond. I have them regularly in our home. Highly recommended

There was some damage done during the cleaning that was not mentioned to me. It was discovered after they left. The cleaning was to my satisfaction, however, I would have liked to have been informed about the damage.

They were courteous and thorough. The only thing bad was they arrived very late due to their prior job being extended. They did call well ahead of time and provided status which was much appreciated. I will use them again and again.

I hired them to clean both my and my sister's houses. The staff arrived promptly, on time and were very thorough. They took time to clean in places our regular housekeeper (who is on medical leave) doesn't clean. Our places were gleaming when they were done. There was only one thing that was overlooked, they forgot to clean my sister's glass patio door. Everything else was done very well. We're definitely going to consider hiring them if our housekeeper is unable to continue working.

She was nice but I was moving things out and when I came back to pay she said it was done so I paid and they left. Windows inside not done, window sills not done. Fireplace not done. Part of living room not vacuumed. I should of looked first but i trusted.

They were here on time, went right to work.

They were amazing enough to come to my home on a Saturday afternoon without much notice! I called so many different places because I needed last minute emergency cleaning help and no one called me back except them! I truly appreciate the service they provided me.

Very hardworking crew-- the house we have purchased was in bad condition and was vacant for several months. It was very dirty! They took time to do an excellent cleaning job, patiently getting all the dirt off a big house (almost 3,000 sqft). And their rate was the best compared to two other companies we interviewed on the phone. Great work and great pricing! Thank you😊

They were hired for a "clean sweep" post renovations and did not clean throughly. They admitted they "dusted around" things, and professional window cleaning services added to job not provided but charged for and windows with screens remained dirty yet charged for though services not reverted. Also 2 damaged items,,wood blinds in main bathroom broken wood blind after cleaning and paint finish stripped off interior front door after cleaning. walls were to be washed and evidence clearly not. Mirrored bedroom closet left full of fingerprints and multiple missed areas simply left not dusted. Kitchen glass cabinet doors not cleaned and quartz backsplash behind gas stove smeared and steamed not cleaned properly properly. This a family business and while they were very nice at first meeting prior to hire the quality of work is sub par. I placed a stop payment on check and let them know because they did not provide services fully hired for ; we did renegotiate payment and we issued new check still for a cost not in alignment with what work was done nor expenses we now incurred to have to get front door repainted, and blind replaced.
