They have been to my house before. There was one person who came to replace the spigot.

The plumber was Jeff, and it took 3 hours. They did a really great job, and their price was a lot lower than anyone else's.

We thought we needed a new water heater. The pilot light kept going out. Jeff came out the same day we called to check things out and determined we didn't need a whole new water heater. He ordered parts and came to repair it as so as the parts arrived (2 days). He saved us alot of money and was very professional. We will definately call him again.

Jeff gave me an estimated price spread over the phone, which proved to be accurate. He started to install is 40 galloon Smith water heater. I went on line and found some negative reviews of this item and asked him to change to a 50 gallon Rheem. The Rheem got good reviews and was considered a better and more cost effective item. No problem. He went off and spent an extra hour without complaint to get the Rheem. He had do a lot of modifications and code upgrades, so it's hard to say just how much cost was parts and how much was labor. I think a completely itemized bill would be a better way to go to avoid possible misunderstandings. I feel using Jeff from In Demand Plumbing was a good choice on my part . Even though they seemed a little pricey, I am not sorry about my choice considering what could go wrong in the future if the bottom line was my only concern. I recommend In Demand highly and will have no problem recommending them to my friends. I will call them again. They also have a raffle incentive and a $25 coupon for next time, not bad. Jeff is easy to talk to, knowledgable, and committed to pleasing his customers. They're a new company with a professional attitude that is refreshing in a new way. They might also have a 10% seniors discount, although I forgot to ask.

Our friend/general contractor told us that our hot water heaters needed to be replaced very soon. They were both 20+ years old. He suggested tankless hot water heaters and said he'd worked with a very good plumber (Jeff) who distributes a particular brand of tankless heaters. We called Jeff and he came to the house and gave us the pros and cons of each size water heater. We ended up buying the top two heaters for our home. He was able to explain (in English!) why we didn't need two of the big ones, nor two of the second size heaters. There were many choices and he was very helpful in our selecting the right units. He drained, removed and hauled away the old water heaters. He installed the heaters, piping, plumbing, and all other parts required for the new heaters with minimal mess and instusion. We love our new tankless hot water heaters!
